Dental Insurance Options
Available to Permanent, Full-Time Employees Working At Least 20 Hours Per Week
Gloucester Public Schools is pleased to offer two (2) dental plans to eligible employees and their dependents. Both plans are offered by Delta Dental, a leader in MA Dental Insurance.
The High Option Dental Plan covers ~80-100% of most dental procedures
The Low Option Dental Plan covers ~50% of most dental procedures
As a general reminder for all dental work, please ask your dentist to submit a pre-treatment estimate to Delta Dental for any procedure that exceeds $300. This will help you estimate any out-of-pocket expenses you may incur and will confirm that the services are covered under your dental coverage.
If you are eligible for dental coverage, you may also cover your eligible dependents, which include:
Your biological or adopted child, up to age 26
Your legal spouse
Your disabled child over 26 (special rules apply)
